Bolo de banana – Banana bread
Ingredientes:
2 xícaras de farinha de trigo – 2 cups all-purpose flour
1 xícara de açúcar – 1 cup sugar
1 xícara e meia de leite – 1 1/2 cups milk
3 ovos – 3 eggs
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga – 2 tablespoons butter
1 colher de chá de fermento em pó – 1 teaspoon baking soda
extrato de baunilha – vanilla extract
3 bananas maduras – 3 ripe bananas
canela a gosto – cinnamon
Instruções:
Preaqueça o forno a 180 graus C.
Misture o açúcar, o leite e os ovos.
Acrescente a farinha de trigo, a manteiga, o fermento e o extrato de baunilha.
Bata todos os ingredientes por 3 minutos.
Unte uma forma média com manteiga e um pouco de farinha.
Despeje em uma forma untada.
Corte as bananas no comprimento e coloque-as por cima da massa.
Salpique canela a gosto.
Asse por aproximadamente 30 minutos.
